Scope of Personal Data
Your personal data may include, but is not limited to:
Name, surname, date and place of birth, residential address, Turkish ID number, tax office and tax number, driver’s license number, identity serial number, phone numbers, vehicle license plate, passport number, résumé, photographs, images, voice recordings, fingerprints, retina scans, IP address, email address, hobbies, social interactions, group memberships, family information, health information and records (including X-rays, MRIs), blood type, country, city, postal code, age, gender, criminal record, bank account number, academic background, marital status, child information, emergency contact information, disability status, military service status, social security documentation, payroll information, and any other data identifying you directly or indirectly.
 
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the planning and execution of our human resources processes (such as recruitment, performance evaluation, personnel file management, exit interviews), operational activities, and ensuring workplace security. Additionally, in line with legal obligations and legitimate business interests, our Company may collect and process personal data and special categories of personal data from customers,
suppliers, service providers, and other third parties in order to deliver the best possible service and products. Your personal data may be processed in accordance with the following legislation and for the purposes stated below:

• Labor Law No. 4857
• Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510
• Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331
• Code of Obligations No. 6098
• Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102

• Audits by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Social Security Institution
(SGK),
• Audits by Tax Offices,
• Communication purposes when necessary,
• Statistical analyses,
• Training, reservation, and incentive applications,
• Court and expert reviews,
• Requests from local law enforcement authorities and Organized Industrial Zone
Directorate.
Personal data shall be deleted or destroyed once the legally prescribed retention periods
expire.
